All merchandise is guaranteed by the manufacturer against mechanical failure and defects in workmanship. Damage caused by tampering or damage resulting from repairs not performed by the manufacturer or an authorized repair center are not covered under warranty. Warranty work will be handled directly between you and the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty enclosed with your purchase for terms and service instructions. If necessary, 1-888-Store & Co. will handle certain repair issues and advise the customer accordingly. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping and handling fees will apply (generally around $25-$30). Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will credit your account minus the shipping. If your order was eligible for free shipping you will be charged $10 for the return. Certain items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, please contact Customer Service at info@1888store.com to see if the item you are returning to us is under this category. Please contact Customer Service at info@1888store.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your item. Also, please note that the product must be returned to us in "new and unused condition" and in its original gift box, with the enclosed warranty certificate intact. We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number and on any customized items, such as engraved items, special orders, limited edition items, leather items, Porsche watches. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or damaged. Once you have obtained a Return Authorization Number, you have 3 days in which to send the item(s) back to us, otherwise, the RMA is void and we will no longer accept the return. We must receive your item(s) back to our warehouse within 14 days. Please place your item(s) in a padded envelope or box and mail/courier to the address below. (Please indicate the nature of your dissatisfaction with the product.)
